NX Infinity is an independent multi-core emulation utility developed for educational, archival, and research purposes. NX Infinity DOES NOT distribute, host, or link to copyrighted ROM files, game software, proprietary system firmware, or cryptographic decryption keys.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their utilization of emulation software complies with the copyright laws and fair use standards of their respective country or jurisdiction. You agree to only utilize cryptographic keys and game software legally extracted from your personally owned physical Nintendo Switch hardware.
