NX Infinity respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

NX Infinity is an interoperability software tool designed to execute software natively. Under no circumstances does this website or our software distribute, store, link to, or torrent proprietary game ROMs, XCI/NSP packages, system firmware images, or cryptographic prod.keys. We do not facilitate piracy or circumvent copy protections; users are required to supply their own legally generated keys from hardware they personally own. 2. DMCA Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any content hosted directly on nxinfinity.com infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the DMCA containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (specific URL).
